Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Digital downloads or music files
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Merchandise that has been worn, washed, or altered

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  3. We will review your request and provide return instructions.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We can replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
